We had a fantastic experience with Margarida. From day one, she helped us to get settled: accommodated our arrival time, met us at the apartment, provided us with helpful info about the neighborhood, and was quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our month-long stay. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, so a genuinely fantastic experience.

There are no less than 4 grocery stores within a 5 min walk from the apartment, plus a local market that carries fresh veg, fruits, bread, meats, etc. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, ranging from pizza to seafood, etc. The transport links are also excellent, with two subway stops nearby. There's a gym across the street, and a large park about a block away if you want some green space. It's conveniently located to anything you'd need for a long or short-term stay.
