Skvělé ubytování kousek od centra Prahy. Byt byl velmi útulný a vybavený vším potřebným. Paní Věra byla velmi vstřícná a nápomocná. Rozhodně vřele doporučuji!

The place is great for a months-long stay in the heart of Prague, between lively Žižkov and lovely Vinohrady. It has everything you need and it's both close to cafes and shops and to the city center. Věra‎ is a great landlady and always ready to give you a hand if necessary.

I've spent three months in this flat, and it really felt like home. Everything was super clean when we arrived, we even received a little bottle of champagne as a welcoming gift. It is absolutely perfect for a couple but also for a single person. The decoration is great, everything is comfortable, the equipment is very complete. It is completely worth the price. Thank you again for this ! :)

The neighborhood is perfect : it is a mix of beautiful residential areas and restaurants, coffees, shops. The tram station is only at 5min and the metro at less than 10min ! The only little disadvantage is that the flat is situated on a high point of the city so you have to walk up a long slope to get to it. But it keeps you in good shape ! :)

Around the flat there is the tapas restaurant "Porke" which is really delicious, and also the vegan café/bistro "Happy Bean" which is great !

The Owner is helpful and easy to reach.
I wanted to stay longer

The park is very nice , I found the neighborhood very friendly and open. ( but of course you get back what you give)

Paní Holendová byla vždy maximálně vstřícná a ochotná, nic nebyl problém, spolupráce s ní byla bezchybná a na nejvyšší úrovni.
