We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay.
It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all.

The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate.

Luxurious & Spacious Apartment with A/C and views

I stayed in this apartment for 28 nights during winter and had a very comfortable stay.

The location is excellent right in the center of Prague, everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very warm, with good heating, which was important during winter.

It is well suited for a longer stay, and communication with the host was smooth and easy.

I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The neighborhood is very central, historic, and lively, yet surprisingly calm. You are right in the heart of Prague’s Old Town, with many cafes, restaurants, and cultural spots nearby, while the apartment itself remains quiet and comfortable.

I had a great stay at this apartment in an excellent location. I ran into a couple of issues (which were my fault), but management was incredibly helpful in resolving them. I stayed for just under three months and plan to return for the same work trip next year. If the apartment is available, I’ll gladly stay again.”

The place is located strategically and it provided a lot of needed amenities, accommodating for 7 people. I have no complaint regarding the place.

However, there is something strange when they asked us to pay the tourist tax of EUR 2 per day. We had a short term sublease contract, and it is supposed to be a different rule applied to the hotel industry (I could not ask for the return of VAT since it is a sublease).

They were not open about it since the start, as they were silent about this on their page. It was only during the last week upon arrival they started asking for it.

Very nice apartment. Great location, not far from city centre (30 min walking or 3 tram stops), tram stop and metro is near, nice neighbourhood with a supermarket and many cafes/restaurants there.
The equipment of the apartments was ok, except for minor details. Personally for our couple it was inconvenient not to have a microwave and a parking space.
Communication with a host was perfect.

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with popular hipster cafes and restaurants, also there are very good Asian restaurants.
Tram, bus stop and metro is near the apartment. Besides, the bus station Florence and supermarkets which are working till 23:00 are in 15 min walking or 1 tram stop from the apartment.

Good apartments in general, nice location, stylish interior. Bu flat was no so clean. And main issue: this flat was available up to 3 months, but after we check in, we cannot extend it to 3 months, only for 30 days more. We have to find new offer and moveout.

The condition of the apartment is new, with a very good design renovation. But the humidity of the air is not suitable for me, for health reasons.
