The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for two couples. Its location was excellent, just a short walk from Prague’s Old Town and all the main historical attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

A very easy check-in and check-out process. Plus the flat was gorgeous - loved the terrace and it had all the mod cons for making meals and enjoying the flat. Three weeks was not long enough to enjoy such a peaceful spot!

The freshly revamped Jiriho z Podebrad square is moments away from the flat and is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the Vinohrady atmosphere - people there are reading, relaxing, walking their dogs, having picnics etc.. Plus there is the gorgeous church and weekly farmers' markets.

Everything was as advertised: Spacious apartment, comfortable, AC in both rooms worked very well, kitchen well equipped, all appliances worked as expected, unbelievable location. We made the right choice.

We stayed here for a month and had a good experience. The apartment is in a very central location, so there is some expected street noise, but the windows insulate sound very well — with them closed, we had no problem sleeping.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, but some elements were a bit worn or needed attention when we moved in. For example, the kitchen table was wobbly when we arrived, but the host was incredibly responsive and promptly sent someone to fix it. We also noticed quite a few spiders during our stay in July, but this wasn't a cleanliness issue on the host's part — they simply came in when we kept the windows open for fresh air. The building doesn't allow/have A/C, so during a heatwave, the high temperature made living inside quite challenging. The hosts proactively provided fans, which helped, but only marginally.

Overall, we had very positive experience. We had everything we needed to make it our home, and once the peak of the heatwave passed, the temperature was comfortable. Communication with Jana and the easyBNB team was excellent from start to finish — they were highly professional, quick to resolve any issues, and very attentive. A functional, well-located flat with great property management.

I recommend the Prague Venice cruise

We had a wonderful 7-week stay in Apartment #3 at Manesova 86. The flat has ample space for two people to reside. It was very clean. Great bathroom, shower, mattress, patio, and patio furniture. Manesova Street is very quiet with great access to parks, metro, trams, restaurants, and grocery stores. We appreciated the nighttime security light at the entrance to the building. We would love to book this flat again on our next visit to Prague. One suggestion is to have instructions left in the flat for operating the cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, and television.

We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay.
It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all.

The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate.

I stayed in this apartment for 28 nights during winter and had a very comfortable stay.

The location is excellent right in the center of Prague, everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very warm, with good heating, which was important during winter.

It is well suited for a longer stay, and communication with the host was smooth and easy.

I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Definitely The Irish Times Bar - a great place for drinks and food with a relaxed atmosphere, very close to the apartment.

I had a great stay at this apartment in an excellent location. I ran into a couple of issues (which were my fault), but management was incredibly helpful in resolving them. I stayed for just under three months and plan to return for the same work trip next year. If the apartment is available, I’ll gladly stay again.”

Perfect, all is good!

The place is located strategically and it provided a lot of needed amenities, accommodating for 7 people. I have no complaint regarding the place.

However, there is something strange when they asked us to pay the tourist tax of EUR 2 per day. We had a short term sublease contract, and it is supposed to be a different rule applied to the hotel industry (I could not ask for the return of VAT since it is a sublease).

They were not open about it since the start, as they were silent about this on their page. It was only during the last week upon arrival they started asking for it.

vše bylo krásné, pohodlné. Oblast je klidná. interiér byl prostě dokonalý. A chteli zase vratit.

Very nice apartment. Great location, not far from city centre (30 min walking or 3 tram stops), tram stop and metro is near, nice neighbourhood with a supermarket and many cafes/restaurants there.
The equipment of the apartments was ok, except for minor details. Personally for our couple it was inconvenient not to have a microwave and a parking space.
Communication with a host was perfect.

It’s a lovely neighbourhood with popular hipster cafes and restaurants, also there are very good Asian restaurants.
Tram, bus stop and metro is near the apartment. Besides, the bus station Florence and supermarkets which are working till 23:00 are in 15 min walking or 1 tram stop from the apartment.

Good apartments in general, nice location, stylish interior. Bu flat was no so clean. And main issue: this flat was available up to 3 months, but after we check in, we cannot extend it to 3 months, only for 30 days more. We have to find new offer and moveout.

The condition of the apartment is new, with a very good design renovation. But the humidity of the air is not suitable for me, for health reasons.
