Amazing spot. Fantastic location, and fantastic staff. They were able to help with any needs in a very timely manner. The place itself was stunning and had everything you’d need!

Au gourmand is a great little restaurant/bakery nearby.

Lovely comfortable and roomy apartment, centrally located.

Lively neighborhood, plenty of bars and restaurants around, but because of this, not the quietest place in Prague.

Beautiful home well worth the price.

Wonderful place to stay, excellent location, great amenities. Already thinking about coming back next year.

Convenient, quiet but close to all the activities and sites, the location was excellent. Many restaurants, bakeries, shops just minutes of walking.

This is a very central flat with all you need for a comfortable stay. I fully recommend this place!

This is in the most prized area of Praha 1

Good location. Good service from owner as usual. Thanks

Great communication with with the owner/management from the very start. They were very accommodating, flexible, and reacted almost immediately to any of our asks. This was my first experience with Flatio and thanks to the way the business was conducted, I would use them again for a long term stay.

Buzzing and busy. A stone throw away from the river bank and beautiful sceneries. Right on one of the center hubs for public transportation. Perfect location for Prague first timers.

Thanks for hospitality and support

It is the very center with all of its pluses and minuses

Really nice flat, good contact with landlord.

Can be busy because its in the middle of the old town (lots of tourists and nightclubs in neighborhood).

Nice new clean flat. Easy move in and out. Cleaning included. Good location. Overall very pleased. Thank you

The owner is very friendly and always ready to cooperate. We rented an apartment on Karoliny Svetle, well located and a good place to stay for a week or so.

It's right in the Old Town, a beautiful area. There is a 7-minute walk to the nearest tram and metro stations and a big shopping centre (The Palladium). The street has a good Mexican restaurant, a sushi place and a strip club. There was a lot of broken glass outside the front door one morning. However, I never felt unsafe. Perhaps post Covid when the stag parties return it will be louder and feel less safe, but for me it felt fine.
