I live in Budapest, not very far from this apartment.
My hobby is interior designing, I made this flat as if I would move in and live there :-))
For me it's very important to have a tenant who takes care of the things as if they would be his/her own.
I'm always in close contact with my clients, help them around the things concerning the apartment.
