Luxe Wabi-Sabi, created by GOGOMA Co. Ltd., began in the technology sector and expanded into property development, blending its expertise in IT and art to build a high-tech guest house that honors Japanese culture. As part of the Luxe series under the Luxe Blue Sky brand, this project was designed in collaboration with renowned Kyoto architect Taro Kono from Kukan Kobo Yosha Gyozo, whose firm is known for seamlessly integrating traditional aesthetics with modern design.

The guest house features handcrafted yakisugi (charred wood) exteriors and offers a range of atmospheres within its suites, from nostalgic Showa-era designs to Zen-focused spaces and modern, barrier-free areas. Luxe Wabi-Sabi embraces the Wabi-Sabi philosophy, allowing guests to witness the seasonal evolution of the building's character.
