I have been involved in long-term rentals for over 8 years, managing both residential apartments and commercial spaces. In recent months, I have also started offering short-term rentals through *****, which has given me valuable experience in hosting international guests.
I also manage a family-owned townhouse in which two restaurants operate on the ground floor, including a lovely courtyard garden.
