Hello my name is Amanda. I’m renting rooms here and also in Brasil where I am from. I work also with ceramics, floral design , yoga and Ayurveda. I’ll have this rooms for medium/ long rent from October 1st,. The location is in Ribamar, just above Ribeira d’ilhas and we are looking for a chilled, tidy woman to share the house .
Both have a large bed, a working desk, spacious wardrobe, terrace with a sunrise view of the valley and air condicioning. I can provide sheets and towels.
The bathroom is shared with 1 person and the kitchen, laundry, living room and common areas shared with max 4 residents.
The house has a big garden to enjoy both morning and afternoon sun, vegetable garden as a project and car parking inside.
A cleaning service every 2 weeks and bills are included in the price of 900 por month per room
