My name is Dunja. I live in Split and I am the owner of an apartment located on the first floor at Manđerova 42 in Split. I am retired and hold a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
I have two children who live and work abroad — my daughter in Dubai and my son in Dublin. They usually use the apartment with their families from mid-July to mid-August; however, this period can be adjusted by agreement.
My English is not perfect, but I can communicate.
The apartment is available for rent from one month to several months, with a proper rental agreement and official residence registration if required.
I have five years of experience renting the apartment as a short-term holiday rental through Airbnb and Booking platforms, maintaining an average rating of 4.9. During the past three years, the apartment was rented long-term to a European couple.
I am looking for responsible and respectful tenants who will feel at home in the apartment and take care of it as their own.
