Hello. My name is Rebekah and I come from Manchester, England. My house in Mas Cabardes is at the centre of the village, and used to be a hotel 150 years ago. The village is 25 minutes from Carcassonne, in the beautiful Montaigne Noire region. There is an epicerie, a cafe bar, and every week a butcher and fishmonger visit. I love to listen to the river outside, hike in the mountains, cook delicious food and explore all that the region has to offer.
