O meni

I am a calm, and kind person who likes to cook (when time:-), but not a great cook. Do some easy yoga, but also drink a beer or a glass of wine. Dancing. Walk to the City. Meet friends and visit beaches nearby. My Age 53. At home, I prefer/need a quiet atmosphere (Home office/callcenter ob). Respect rest period between 22am-7pm is very important for me, especially from monday-friday. I am from Germany, but lived for several years in Portugal. I speak German and Portuguese (mother tongue), English Ok. I have a good knowledge of the city and nice places, and it is a pleasure for me to share my knowledge with you. I prefer a clean/organized environment in all flat areas. The rent does not include cleaning/final cleaning. The room is only for one tenant. No Parties allowed! Non-smoking inside the room/flat/stairwell, please (only on the Terrace). And sorry..but no cats or dogs.
