Hello all, I first moved to Ericeira to work remotely close to the surf during the pandemic. Before I knew it, I fell in love with Ericeira and bought my home in the middle of town. *Please note: I generally do not accept bookings more than three months in advance. I apologise for the inconvenience.*

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen and large living room. There is also a fireplace for the winter months. Off the kitchen there is a small balcony only just large enough for two to have breakfast from which a sliver of sea is visible in the distance. My favourite part about the flat, aside from the location, is the light - it is always bright and the sunsets over the terracotta rooftops are lovely. The flat has everything you would need in terms of equipment for living and working remotely - I live here when I am not working abroad and I truly love it. No pets or parties allowed.

There are two beaches are within short walking distance of the flat - Praia do Sul and Praia dos Pescadores. The other beaches are a short drive away. There are two co-working spaces within walking distance - one is 200m away and the other around 5-10min walk. The flat is on a street where there are no bars or restaurants, but there are many options within 5-minute walking distance.

My work sadly takes me out of the country for months but this lets me share the Ericeira experience with others. I'm a keen surfer and pastel de nata addict (best pastel de nata in Lisbon region is 200m from the flat). If you have any questions about the area, the flat, or anything do let me know.
