All amenities are right next to the house - 3 minutes walk and you are in the Vivo shopping center, where you will find the Albert hypermarket, multiplex cinema, pharmacy, post office, money exchange, McDonald's, bakery, kebab, 3 restaurants, cafe, car wash, gas station, dry cleaner, copy center, florist, children's playroom, gym, sauna, hair and barber shop, beauty salon and more
20 minutes from the city centre - there is a tram and bus station next to the shopping centre, including tram 22, nicknamed "the tourist tram" due to the coverage of many attractive tourist spots on its route and the longest bus line 177. It takes 6 minutes by bus to get to the Skalka metro station and 3 minutes by tram or bus to the Zahradní město train station.
Nature at your fingertips - 1 km from the house is a beautiful path along the meander of the Botič stream, which will take you within 10 minutes to the forest park with a dam - the largest water area in Prague with two sandy beaches and plenty of activities. I will be happy to give you tips on my favorite running and cycling circuits.
Ideal for car owners - in front of the house there is a large private parking lot where you can park for free as a guest of the house, the entrance to the main city ring road is 3 minutes drive from the house, within 300 meters there are 3 gas stations (OMV, Shell, RobinOil)

We stayed here for the second time and completely enjoyed every day of our stay. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen equipment makes you feel like home and the kitchen hood works perfectly. Great benefit is to have Albert supermarket and trading centre next door. Big TV and PS can be a benefit as well. Adam, the host, is a very nice guy, hospitable and helpful. Overall it is a very good place to stay and it has everything you need.

This was the best flat we've ever lived in Prague. It has absolutely everything you need for the comfortable living and even more. Bed mattress is super-comfortable so we slept very well. The location is perfect for those who don't like the noise of the city centre. The supermarket and the tram station are just opposite the house and you can easily reach the centre in about half an hour. Adam is very responsive and helpful owner. We enjoyed every minute staying here!

The landlord Adam is very friendly and positive person, responsive and always ready to help whenever needed. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, equipped with all essential household items, sound insulation is good, everything works perfectly. Flats location is also very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from the shopping center and public transport. I highly recommend this apartment!
