David was very kind and accommodating during our stay.

The apartment is well located, easily accessible by public transportation, and overall very comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved is the bed. It really needs to be replaced or upgraded.

Otherwise, I highly recommend this apartment.

Nejpls Žižkov - a very good pizzeria!

Good apparemment in Prague, very cosy and near to tram station and Lidl. The owner is available and have always responded to us. I recommend it to you. :)

It is fairly quiet during the day, except for the occasional noise from traffic. It is, though, a bit noisy especially on Friday and Saturday evenings/nights due to the number of bars and restaurants.

Vše proběhlo v pořádku. Byt je prostorný a hezký. Komunikace s Davidem byla výborná. Určitě doporučuji všem.
Everything went well. The apartment is spacious and nice. Communication with David was excellent. I definitely recommend to everyone.

Place was cosy well equipped and clean. Location is nice, in calm district, with great conection to city center. Tram station just around the corner. There is everything u need close to place. Owner is nice and helpfull. I had a really nice stay.

The duplex is well located and excellently connected to the city center by public transport. It is well equipped, although it would be nice if the owner could change the bed mattress and pillows. We found the apartment a bit dirty, although it was not a big deal. David was very attentive to us and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and stay.

At first glance, it may come as a bit of a shock, but it is quiet and pleasant.

Good experience. Bed needs a new matrass, but otherwise a great space and friendly owner.

Back end of Zizkov but close enough to everything. great little bars near by with very friendly locals.

The flat didn't have the advertised washing machine, which I found very dissapointing and dishonest. This required me to do laundry runs to nearby laundromat. Also a kettle and clothes iron were not there (later David offered to bring iron).

Generally it is a nice flat in relatively good neighborhood, but I found the facilities inadequate.


Landlords reaction:

I am a bit disappointed by this review, since apparantly Krzysztof didn't read the apartment describtion correctly, and is now accusing me of beeing dishonest without any reason. I never advertised that there is washing machine in the apartment. I really don't understand where he got this information from. It never was in describtion nor marked as equipment. He acted a bit surprised during move-in when I told him there is no washing machine in the flat but didn't say a word. If he would mention that he expected it in the apartment I would gladly go throught the listing with him to make sure there is no misunderstanding. I explained it isn't there since there is laundry room just couple minute walk away and gave him instructions where to find it. Sadly he didn't say anything and wrote this review without letting me know or double checking the listing if he got the info right. I even tried to contac t him re garding this misunderstanding right away when I read the review, but he is not responding, so there isn't anything I can do about it.

Room is nice and Owner is very helpful and kind.
