Modern studio close to city centre

In general the apartment is exactly how it looks on the pictures - it's a very small studio (about 20 sqm) but well equipped for its size.

What's not in the pictures is a smell - the apartment is located on a low first floor, right above an open basement.
That's why it is very humid and smelly, especially in a "corridor" near the entrance. No direct sights of mold though.
First days it was really hard to get used to it. Humidifier helped, but not that much.
The second half of my stay when rains finally stopped and the weather improved it became much better.

The Internet is ok. It is stable and enough for having video calls, but is quite slow in general: 15-20 MBit download, under 1 MBit upload (ADSL).
Windows face a small inner garden. Neighbours have tables and chairs there, during sunny days it's nice to sit there.
But during rains it's an extra source of wet, and every evening - insects.

The location is good. Both nearest metro stations are about 10 minutes by walk.
Tram stops are about 5 min and the trams are very convenient in Prague. Run according to a schedule and can get you directly to the center, Malostranka or Vysehrad.
Large mall with hypermarket and ice arena: 10-15 min by walk.
The rest you can see in the photos and judge yourself.

Overall, if not the smell, I would say the apartment is a good value for money - for summer time when it is not that wet.

10 min walk to shopping mall, 5 min walk to tram and metro.

The apartment is cozy, very well equipped, with a lovely garden view. The apartment is on the ground floor, and the window are big and allow lots of light in. The apartment was a bit further from tram or metro station which was a good excuse to use the electric scooter. Quiet and very clean, easy to maintain place. The o net was very helpful anytime I had a question.

It’s further from public transportation. It’s a bit secluded, but only 10 min to 13 min walk there are 2 Metro stations, and 13 mi away is a mall and supermarket such as Albert, and Lidl.

The apartment is in very poor condition. General very moist and mold start coming quick. Kitchen equipment and furniture worn out.
If you run the stove and the washing machine at the same time, the main fuse pops.
No shower curtain, the joints between the tiles on the bathroom floor are missing and if you’ll be away for a few days, mushrooms grow out of it.
The entrance to the apartment looks like a dumpster, because of the construction at the front building.

This is a cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient spot in a quiet building. Though we did not have an opportunity to meet during my stay, Pavlina made arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.

Space provides a good night of sleep and plenty of kitchen space. Bathroom is compact, with good water pressure/temperature. Good amount of storage space and cleaning supplies.

Tram and bus are within close walking distance (metro is also within an extended walk) for good connection to the rest of the city. Good shopping (including a mall) and local cafes/food options in the area. Some interesting urban trails and nice parks provide some great local scenery worth taking time out to enjoy.

There are some important instructions for maintaining the space (especially with respect to moisture levels and electricity balance) that will be essential for keeping things in order. During the day, some construction work was happening nearby (I was often away so it did not bother me, even in the morning).

Pavlina is a kind, generous, and flexible host. Overall positive experience.

Non-touristy, very local and residential, quiet.

An extremely well thought out apartment, with a great use of space, in a good area. The inclusion of a drying rack, iron and ironing board is so very welcome (and so very rare!). Highly recommended

Practical ground floor apartment with a solid kitchen and equipment. Situated right next to a path along the Rokytka river which is one of the best locations for various sport activities in the city.

Útulné studio na klidném místě, skvělá dostupnost po Praze - všude okolo stezky na procházky. Tichý byt se stabilním internetem - vhodný na práci. Velice příjemná paní majitelka, která se snaží být ve všem nápomocná a všemu vyhovět - doporučuji.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Komunikace super.

Pavlina is a very nice and friendly landlord. The flat is very clean and cozy. All amenities and utilities function well.
The area is very quiet. The flat is on the groundfloor so it’s easy access but comes at expense of limited daylight in winter.

I stayed in the flat for 36 days. My overall rate is 5/5. I must say that Pavlina is very kind person and willing to help for any little thing. The flat is good and very close to services. I liked it!
