The flat itself is perfect as a studio for one person—beautifully renovated, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pavel was an outstanding landlord. The few minor issues I encountered were resolved on the same day, showing his commitment to ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

I would definitely recommend visiting Palladium, a large shopping center just a short walk away, perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring.

Skvelý, výborne riešený byt poskytoval všetko podstatné, čo človek potreboval, navyše v tichej lokalite a pár minút od centra. Majiteľ milý, ústretový, ochotný. Určite budem odporúčať aj ďalej!

Well located flat, the owner is very kind

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. 15–20 Minuten mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr von den Bahnhöfen entfernt, ein Taxi ist sogar noch schneller. Supermärkte Penny, Lidl, Billa sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist innen sehr sauber und die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und funktional gestaltet, es gibt genügend Platz für alles. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, Geschirr, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Haartrockner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Zwei bequeme Schlafplätze, jeweils für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Große Terrasse. Die Wohnung wurde von uns dreien gemietet.
Der Besitzer der Wohnung, Pavel, ist ein ruhiger und unkomplizierter Mensch. Höflich und freundlich, mit ihm kann man immer einen Kompromiss finden. Wir haben die drei Wochen in Prag sehr genossen, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

I stayed in this place for 9 months and I must say, this is amazing place to live in. Mainly, Owner is so kind, co-operative and always ready to help. I never had any problem in this 9 months. I lived so peacefully.

We loved our stay! Great location and comfortable bed and futon. Pavel even brought us a little coffee table to use during our stay. Very communicative and considerate. Highly recommend

The owner was very kind to us and the communication was perfect. The appartment is very well located, in the center of Prague and close to the public transports. The flat is ok for two persons, we enjoyed our stay (5 months) in it. However, it is old and need some renovations such as in the bathroom.

Old Town Square is very close and beautiful.

The flat is small and cozy and has a great location! you can walk into the old town and all the sightseeing spots. Metro and tram nearby, as well as shops. The flat is like it appears in the pictures. The furniture has seen a couple of seasons now, but all worked fine and I had no problem with that. Due to the building era, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours :) but very quiet for sleeping!
Pavel has been very friendly and communication was always prompt and friendly too. Overall - I can definitely recommend!

Pavel was very helpful and when ever asked for something he relied very quickly. I lived there for 3.5 months and was very satisfied with it overall

After spending there 4 months i could easily the say that the location of the flat couldn't be better. Exactly above the river, near Tram-Metro station (3 min walk), near 24/7 supermarket. Inside the house is vey cosy and comfortable, although the furnitures are a bit old and broken (I think they need replacement). The bathroom is absolutely perfect and the kitchen as well. With the landlord Pavel we had a top cooperation throughout the rental period. We communicated via WhatsApp. Apart from some renovations in the furnitures the house was 100% perfect.

Room is smaller than it looks online, would be great if it shows the area of the flat, other than that it was very nice
