Seguro, con un supermercado súper cerca, muchos restaurantes de diferentes países y parada de bus con muy buenas conexiones también muy cerca.

The attention to detail in making the apartment readily available was as excellent as it gets. The landlord made sure that everything that was advertised was as neat as possible in a very professional manner. If something was out of place he would solve the situation as fast as possible. The only main problem came when we needed contract documentation to get a temporal resident permit, we tried for 3 months to get the appropriate documentation to deliver to the ministry of interior and the cooperation with the landlord was quite deplorable and we did not receive the final document and had to send a letter to cancel the application and leave the country. So, unless you need a resident permit, the experience is a 10/10.

It has a good super market very close, 2 minutes walk. The back part of the building had a path for pedestrians surrounded by nature and people would take walks and go with skateboards and children. The street in front of the building was in construction for most of the time but the noise isolation was actually amazing, if you close the windows you almost don't hear a thing.
