Modern 2 bedroom apartment in the city center

The apartment is amazing. Every furniture is in there (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and even bed linen). The emplacement is perfect too, it is very closed from the city centre. Communication with Richard was easy, he is speaking really well English and is very reactive if there's a problem.

The neighborhood is very safe, close to city centre and public transports (tram and metro). There are plenty of restaurants around. There is also a little grocery shop near the apartment however for a bigger one you need to go a little further.

V bytě jsme jako firma ubytovali kolegyně. Byt byl velmi prostorný, světlý, s veškerým vybavením a v centru Prahy s dostupností na tramvaje a metro (do 5 minut). Komunikace s majitelem výborná a když bylo potřeba, byl k dispozici přímo na místě.

This is a very comfortable, convenient apartment in the city center. Richard is an excellent landlord: very responsible and quick to respond if anything comes up.

I. P. Pavlova is busy and there's a fair amount of traffic, but it's extremely convenient in terms of transportation, food, etc. It's also on teh edge of Vinohrady, a very picturesque neighborhood.

This experience could not have gone any better with Richard. From the beginning he was cooperative, informative, and always responsive. I am a student from America and I do not speak Czech, however our communication is easy because Richard has perfect English and he also has had the experience of studying abroad!! The place itself is beautiful, newly renovated and spacious. I feel very lucky that I have this living situation. Thanks Richard!!

The neighborhood is safe and central. Coming home by myself at night was never a worry for me like it was living in the dorms. it is full of expat bars and community centers. There are tons of young students from all over the world in this neighborhood as well as very friendly Czech people of course. The neighbors in the building are also very kind and quiet.

For quick shopping there is a Zabka one block away as well as drug stores and banks five minutes away. It is a twenty minute walk from Wenclass Square which houses department stores, a great gym, covid testing stations, clubs, and the National Musuem. The apartment is a six minute walk from a trama nd metro stop called I.P.Pavlova which provides all the connections you need.

We stayed with Richard for 1.5 months. Great apartment. Richard is a super host. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. We really enjoyed. We definitely recommend it.
