Very nice and cozy flat, Prague 4

The apartment was very cozy and had everything that you need for living. It was clean and comfortable.
The communication with the owner was great and without any complications. I can recommend it a lot!!

Best option for mid-to-long term stays for students or alone travelers. The Host Kristyna is kind and open to help even in minor cases, what makes your stay irreproachable

Byt je útulný, čistý a nájdete tam všetko, čo potrebujete. Ideálny skôr pre jednu osobu, nakoľko je tam naozaj málo miesta. Chýbali nám tam rolety, alebo nejaké závesy kvôli slnku, nakoľko je byt otočený na západ a v letných dňoch tam bolo veľmi horúco. Veľmi milo ma prekvapila pohodlná posteľ, ktorá má tvrdý matrac. Komunikácia s pani majiteľkou super, ubytovanie odporúčam :)

Nice place and location. The only issue is loud noise from running kid from the neighbor on top.

A very nice apartment with a few things that could be improved. I thought the space was very pretty, good floors, good furniture, plenty of storage space. Good bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, with absolutely everything. The balcony has a nice view, although, if you are afraid of heights it's very scary. The place gets a lot of sun during the afternoon in the summer months and can get quite hot. Thicker curtains and a fan would help a lot. Also, the bed is not very comfortable. Besides that, it's a great apartment. Oh, and the people in the building keep a compost bin in the garden, a big plus.

Very local, only half gentrified

The accommodation was not quite as described. The bench in the living room was very dirty, the "bed" excessively uncomfortable with missing slats. The curtain was torn and let in all the light. There was only hot water for a short shower.

The host was very helpful if we needed anything. We enjoyd our stay very much :)

Kristina was very welcoming at check-in time, giving detailed instructions on how to make the best use of her flat. She was friendly and approachable. The flat is in a good location, renovated, with all the amenities and has a superb balcony and beautiful decoration. I would stay again for sure.

The neighbourhood is very safe, quiet and yet quite close to Prague 2 and the city centre with good transport links. Ideal for people looking for a quiet place to stay. The only downside is that several shops, restaurants and bars in the area did not have fluent English speaking staff.

Nice indian food at Dharma Beans around the corner.

The flat was very clean and very well located, close to shopping malls, metro, and 10 min from the old town in transports. There is a lot of space for storage and the internet connection is very good too. The landlord Krystina was very nice and cooperative! Thank you again! :)

I really enjoyed this apartment, it's perfect for a longer stay and equipped with most things one would need. It's a quiet area but with great connections to most places one wants to go and a lot of smaller stores, pubs etc just around the corner. I had a few issues during my stay (such as the fridge breaking, which isn't anyone's fault) but Kristyna was exemplary in handling it very quickly and with no fuss (there was a new fridge in place in less than 24 hours). She was an excellent host and I would recommend the place to anyone planning to stay a while in Prague.

It felt quiet and safe to me while still not being too far from the city centre or "cooler" areas such as Zizkov. There are multiple smaller shops, pubs and restaurants close by and it's less than five minutes walk to the closest tram stop.

The pizza kiosk Hned by the tram stop is great, and so is the "Korean sushi" on the way to Horky.

The flat is cosy and clean. The building is calm. It is as advertised, no surprise.
It is located a bit outside the historic center in a much quieter neighborhood. You have access to supermarkets and street restaurant in the 500m radius. A tramway station is 200m away and gives you access to the main places in 30 minutes or less.
Kristyna is friendly and the check in/out was carried conveniently according to my schedule.
Overall, I would totally recommend it. I think that in Prague, it is probably one of the best deal you can get for the price/quality/location.

The communication with the landlord Kristina is very easy. She answered all my questions and the check-in as well as check-out process was very easy and straight forward.

The flat is well equipped and good situated. Note, however, that it's not a long-term solutions if you are a couple and want to stay in Prague for a few months. It's rather a temporary option as it's very small for two people.

A nice and cosy appartement. Nice people in the flat and a balcony on a sunny and peaceful garden. Kristyna was also an awesome and helpful landlady.
