Exceptional, fully furnished apartment, Prague 3

We rented Zuzana’s apartment for 2 months as students. Everything was amazing! The neighborhood is beautiful and calm, the apartment is really close to the metro station. There was already some supplies for us to start our stay so we didn’t have to go straight to the grocery store upon arrival. Zuzana is a great host. The only thing that could be improved is that there’s some ants in the apartment that can become distracting, you need to vacuum often and there’s products to repeal them.

This is a nice apartment, With a kind and gracious landlord. The Neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed staying here. I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Celemu memu pobytu neni co vytknout a byla jsem maximalne spokojena.
Lokalizace bytu kousek od Jiriho z Podebrad je velice vyhodna- jste brzy v centru, pokud chcete navstivit pamatky a v samotne ctvrti Vinohrady a Zizkov je nespocet moznosti nakupu, kavaren a restauraci.
Komunikace s majitelkou byla velice prijemna a rychla, dokonce mi byl umoznen drivejsi check-in, takze jsem se po narocnem nocnim cestovani mohla ihned dopoledne ubytovat a odpocinout si.
Byt sam o sobe je utulny, po renovaci a kompletne vybaveny- pracka, vysavac a uklizeci prostredky byly k dispozici. Take jsem ocenila dvojita okna, ktera dobre filtrovala pripadny hluk z ulice.
Pri svem pristim pobytu v Praze toto ubytovani zajiste znova vyhledam.

Krásný útulný byt ve skvělé lokalitě a moc milá a vstřícná paní majitelka. Určitě v budoucnu rádi znovu využijeme, když bude byt dostupný.

My experience was excellent. Communication with the landlord was prompt and polite, and the apartment was very clean and fully renovated. The location was ideal — just a 3-minute walk from the metro and other public transport, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a great option with excellent value for money.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for five months and we were completely happy with both the communication as well as the apartment itself. Zuzana is a really friendly and helpful person and was always there when we had questions or concerns. The apartment itself was very modern and nicely furnished. It had everything you need and was located quite central in a beautiful neighborhood.

There are a lot of small cafés, restaurants and parks. Although it is located so closely to the city center (10 minutes by metro), it was still fairly quiet in the area.

I would recommend the Miners café right across the street as well as Caféfin a few houses next to it.

Excellent flat with a fabulous view, clean and quiet, perfect for a single person, ideally located next to transport and cafes, restaurants, markets. Zuzana was very helpful and kind, would stay there again, highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location with pretty much everything you need nearby as well as being close to local transport links. Zuzana has been a great host, very helpful and was available whenever needed. Highly recommend for your future stay in Prague :) Thank you Zuzana for looking after me so well!

I had a great 2 months in the flat. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is one of the best in Prague, with plenty of lively bars, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

Paní Zuzana byla velmi vstřícná a byla s ní skvělá komunikace. Byt je krásný, čistý a světlý, přesně jako na fotkách. Doporučuji.

Zuzana is a friendly host and the studio is very well organised and equiped, clean, designed in a simple, but beautiful way, a few minutes away from the metro station, lots of shops, library, parks and restaurants.

I spent approx. two month in Zuzana’s beautifully furnished and modern apartment during my semester abroad and I felt home in Prague from day one after moving in. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos shown in the profile and includes all necessities, which are needed for the daily life. I would like to positively highlight the great communication, hospitality and flexibility of Zuzana. She is a fantastic landlord and throughout my whole stay we had a great correspondence and she was caring and helpful. Moreover Žižkov/ Vinohrady (where the apartment is located) is a great neighbourhood with numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, shops or the well-known farmers market at Jiřího z Poděbrad square, which is just around the corner. Particularly expats like me will appreciate the area, since everyone speaks English and fluency in Czech is not necessary. Due to the proximity to the metro line A the city centre can be also reached within 10 to 15 minutes. All in all, I had a great time staying in Zuzana’s apartment and everything ran smoothly without any unpleasant incidents. If I will come back to Prague, I will most definitely want to stay at her place again and I can recommend the apartment to everyone, who is looking for a beautiful, clean and cosy place to stay in order to make the most out of his stay in Prague!

Zuzana was very helpful during my stay. The apartment was clean, had all necessities, and is conveniently located. There is ample natural light and the two balconies allow for a nice cross breeze during the summer. The neighborhood contains many parks, bodegas, and restaurants, with a couple of Alberts within walking distance.
