Sunny studio in a house

Lovely little apartment in a nice neighbourhood! Very easy to get anywhere in Prague via public transportation. The apartment has everything you would need. Marian was very easy to deal with throughout. Would definitely recommend if you want to live in Prague without being right downtown!

Quiet and very well connected to the downtown via Tram or Metro

The apartment is very clean, located in a quiet area, and really well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, as well as blankets, pillows, etc. The accomodation price is good and Matia is very kind and helpful. I would totally recommend this place.

A nice sunny flat fully furnished and comfortable as per its description. The landlord has been always available and ready to help.
The flat is located in a calm neighborhood, with restaurants, pubs and supermarkets at a walking distance, or easily reachable with a bus. The area is also well-connected to the city centre via public transport. I recommend!

Klidná lokalita, za bytem je příroda a velký les. Jsou tady restaurace, hospody a supermarkety v areálu. Kousek od bytu je autobusová zastávka, metro je asi 20 min. pěšky (nebo 5min autobusem).

Marian ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön am nördlichen Stadtrand Prags. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, in det Natur spazieren zu gehen. Mit der Metro ist man schnell im Zentrum. In der Wohnung funktioniert alles super, auch das Internet. Vielen Dank!!! Es war ein guter Aufenthalt für mich und ein gesegneter Ort.

It´s in the north of Prague, an area of nature and quietness. There are in few distance serveral supermarktes and shops. In Ladvi I find all, even a nice market in the outside.
Bus and tramvaj nearby. Metro Ladvi by feet 20 minutes, but you can use bus ore tramvaj to get there.

I love the market in Ladvi on Thursdays and the nature, also the beautifull cementary.

Snad jen absence pračky v příbytku. Špatně jsem pochopil popis a společné přání na chodbě nebylo příliš vyhovující. Řešil jsem přání tedy jinak. Vstřícný přístup majitele.

The flat was excellent equipped. Also the overall cooperation with the owner. Always happy to help me.

The Latvi hill

Prístup majiteľa výborný, vždy nám ochotne pomohol a vyšiel nám stále v ústrety. Boli sme veľmi spokojne.

wonderful place, nice and quiet with a lovely forest nearby. This place is very close to the tube stop, tram stop and one bus stop is basically on a door step. The Prague city center is less than 20 minutes away.
The house is nice and clean with all the equipment one may need for comfortable living

Had an excellent stay at this awesome & comfortable flat. Landlord is nice & quick to respond to questions. Only issue during the one month stay was the internet connection that had a few dropouts (for a few hours/day). This should be fixed by now (sadly it was being fixed at the end of my stay).
Highly recommending the flat though, great stay for a great price in Prague.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Marian was accommodating, friendly, and prompt to respond. An excellent option for a short term lease.
