Nice quiet flat close to the center, Prague 4

I had a wonderful stay at Lucie's flat. It was very well-located between many different tram stops within a 5-10 minute walking distance and close to the center. The flat itself was spacious and very comfortable with everything needed for an extended stay. There was so much natural light inside, and a lovely view from the balcony, and the area was quiet and pleasant. Lots of cafes, bakeries, and other nice places in the area, and very close to Vršovice for bars and nightlife.

Lucie is a wonderful host—very friendly, flexible, and understanding. She is very helpful with bringing anything you might need for the flat, and went above and beyond to make sure that it was stocked with all necessary things. She also gave great recommendations of places in Prague and other parts of the Czech Republic. I would absolutely recommend staying at her flat!

It's pretty residential, quiet, and safe, but extremely well-situated between several different shopping centers within a 10 minute tram ride, several supermarkets close by, and close to the center and other fun neighborhoods for going out. Plenty of good bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, food places in the neighborhood itself.

Lucie was very kind and always available, the apartment is very nice and bright. Very recommended!

The Landlord is a charming and caring women who absolutely takes care of everything before you arrive. She was kind enough to inform me of the nearest trams, shops, and markets. Welcomed me with fresh pastries and occasionally checked up to see that I was adjusting to life in CZ. The best treatment came as the pandemic occurred and she voluntarily sent me home-made masks which saved the day during those early months of Covid 19 isolation in CZ. If you want a caring, charming, and all around lovely landlord, look no further than Lucie. I definitely recommend this apartment for short term, long term, students, and all the in-betweens.

Nice apartment. The landlord was always very helpful and whenever there was a problem ahe took care of it within less than a day.

There could not possibly have been a warmer welcome to my new life in Prague. Lucie is definitely one of the most helpful and cooperative hosts I have ever met. She would promptly reply my questions and solv any minor issues that came up, in addition to always providing me with precious insight into the city. The apartment is amazingly well-lit and comfortably accommodates two people for a month. Besides, the place is well-equipped for our every need.
Nusle neighborhood is charming and definitely worth exploring. Nice bars, restaurants and cafés abound, but if one wants to get to city center, there are a number of trams that take you right through in a 20-minutes ride.
Highly recommend it!
