Perfect flat if you want to have everything accessible easily (supermarkets, restaurants, museums, the old town square, etc.). Gabriela is very nice and helpful !

For people who like calm places, Nakladatelství Academia is has a very nice space for snacks, in addition to have a magnificent building.

Excellent communication with the hostess during the trip. Keys were handed over in person at the agreed time at the entrance, the apartment was shown and the facilities described.
The apartment is in a historic building in a quiet location, very well equipped, with a balcony facing the courtyard, so nothing disturbs your stay. I would love to return there sometime.
On departure, we agreed on the time for handing over the apartment a day in advance, and everything went exactly as agreed.

The apartment is located on a side street near Karl Square. On Karl Square is a large park with a fountain, roses and lawns. The Karlovo Namesti metro station (line B) is located directly in the park, and there are tram stops next to the park, so it is easy to get anywhere in Prague from there.
There are many shops, restaurants, an Albert hypermarket, the New Town Hall with a viewing tower, and a hospital right on the square. From the square, you can walk to the Vltava riverbank in a few minutes.

On Resslova Street towards the Vltava River is the Church of St. Cyril and Methodius, where there is a crypt and a memorial to the paratroopers who assassinated R. Heydrich. At the end of Resslova Street is Tančíci dum, where there are exhibitions of paintings and photographs, near is Manes Galery.

Сняла квартиру для своего сына. Прекрасное расположение, в пешей доступности все необходимые и магазины и достопримечательности. Хозяйка квартиры была очень любезна, ребенок прилетал поздно и Габриэлла подождала его , чтобы передать ключ. Квартира уютная и чистая, есть все необходимое. Спасибо большое🌺

This flat was perfect for my two-week stay! Easy walk to Old Town and close to hopping on the street cars! It’s quiet and has so much natural light! Gabi was so great - very responsive and helpful with any questions I had! If I’m ever in Prague again I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

Komunikace s majitelem rychlá a bezproblémová. Byt je v centru města. V docházkové dostupnosti je historická část města, veškerá vybavenost a městská doprava všech typů. Během 2 minut jste na hlavním uzlu nočních tramvají.

Great accommodation for short stays, fantastic location and very quiet apartment. Gabriella and Ben were quick to respond and very accommodating. Would stay again.

Very close to main attractions in the city but in a slightly quieter area. Can walk anywhere in 30 minutes or less and public transit is a 4 minute walk.

The landlord was friendly, and the location was great - the Albert supermarket was close by, as well as the tram and metro! The house was comfortable and quiet, and the radiators kept us warm. The fridge worked well and the washing machine made it easy to do laundry.

Gabi was very accommodating, going as far as to help me with visa issues after I arrived in Prague! The flat was just as described online! Perfect!

Can’t get much more central in Prague. The neighbourhood is still quiet enough however, not so busy that it becomes annoying.

Gabriela and her husband were perfect owners, very nice and convenient. The flat is ideally located in the city centre, in a very quiet building, cool for the summer, and with everything you will need. I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay a lot, Gabriela is a very kind and always helpful. The flat and the house are in excellent condition, everything is new and tidy. It's location is really great the city square or Vencelsplace is easily reachable by food in 10 minutes, the flat is located near the tram for longer travels.
We are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend it to everyone else how's looking for some nice and relaxing days in Prague!

The apartment is located in the center of Prague and is well equipped even for a longer stay. Gabriela is a very friendly host and was answering all question super fast. Highly recommended!

A cosy little apartment in a great location. Walkable to Vinohrady and also to many touristic sights. Conveniently connected with multiple trams and the metro station Mustek. The apartment was clean and had everything one may need for a longer stay. Communication with Gabriela was easy, fast and pleasant.
