One-bedroom apartment, Karlín, Molákova

Johannes was an excelent host and when I needed something he was very quick on solving it and making sure I had the best stay. Thank you Johannes. The apartment's location is excelent, close enough to the city center, right by the metro station and tram, which made moving around the city much easier.

The neighborhood is very local's only. It seems to be very new, with a lot of new building and has good restaurants and shops nearby. It is very walkable and there is a park nearby.

I would highly recommend walking from the apartment to the Old City Center. You can check different places and scenarios.

Johannes was a gracious host, accommodating and responsive to my queries. He prepared an extension cable upon request, replaced batteries for the weighing scale, and collected the fan for fixing when I informed him that it's not working.

The flat itself was well lit during the day, unobstructed by other buildings, adequately equipped for basic cooking needs, washing laundry, TV, and soaking in the tub.
If I must mention one downside, is that the pillows were not very suitable for sleeping, they seem more like couch cushions, and the towels were quite small. Small things that can easily be fixed.

Prime location due to its connectivity in a generally peaceful area, not smacked in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Big plus: The building has a reception area where they will help receive parcels when you're not in. Staff (in particular, the elderly gentleman was so pleasant although I do not speak Czech) were friendly and helpful.
Happy to return for my next trip.

Generally peaceful and quiet throughout the day. Could get a little rowdy at night although I don't usually stay out late, so it wasn't an issue for me. During my stay, there were a couple men shouting at each other around the Albert supermarket area for several evenings. I could hear it all the way from my window.

I highly recommend this apartment. It boasts a perfect location with the metro and tram stations right at the bottom of the building, as well as a nearby grocery store. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for one or two people. Furthermore, the landlord, Johaness, is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it

Location is unbeatable anywhere in Prague. Metro is right by the building as well as several tram stops. Also Albert Supermarket and coffee shops, restaurants etc everything short walk near by including nice park. Huge patio on the roof with nice views of Prague. The apartment is just right for 1 or 2 people with nice and well enough equipped kitchen. You find everything you need for cooking an occasional dinner. Nice big TV with all the channels you wish. Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet environment for sleep, considering it's 10 story apartment building. Lots of storage in the entrance hall, small but not cramped bathroom. I was there by myself this time but wouldn't hesitate to return with my husband . Communication with Johannes and his wife was easy and prompt.

Karlin is nice part of Prague, safe and quirky with mix of old apartment building and new modern builts.

I had a fantastic two-week stay at this property.
The location was perfect, the flat was comfortable, the landlord's communication was excellent, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the neighborhood was fantastic.
Highly recommended!

Apartment is well equipped, the neighborhood is nice and public transport is extremely close. The owner is friendly and attentive.

It was a pleasant stay, the neighborhood is really nice and Johannes was really helpful to our every need. Overall the apartment is completely equipped and in excellent shape.
