You will find the cozy queen-size (180x200cm) bed on the bedroom, with reading lights, soft carpet and working area. The living room has a large sofa that is extendable to a double bed, flat TV and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, oven with stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee brewer, lots of teas, spices, oils.
The bathroom has a big shower with rain head, WC, washing machine with dryer, large mirror, lots of lights. Essentials such as shower gels, shampoos, detergents are provided as well as fresh soft towels for your comfort. In the hall you will find big wardrobe as well.
You will get the following amenities- free wifi and cable internet- assortment of teas and coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, oils and vinegar for free use hairdryer iron and board - washing machine with dryer and detergent fresh beddings, duvet clean set of towels upon arrival.
On request BEFORE booking: baby-friendly amenities (baby-sitter recommendations, high chair, travel crib, children's books and toys).
Accessibility: 1st floor, with elevator.

Elevator is in the middle floor so every floor is with few steps.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe Balbinova Street, just 1.4 km from the Astronomical Clock and 1.5 km from the Old Town Square. The airport Vaclav Havel Prague Airport is 15 km from the property.
Prague 2 is a great choice for guests interested in architecture, sights, walks, a wide selection of restaurants and bistros. Beautiful park Riegerovy sady is few steps from the apartment. It is only 300 meters from the National Museum, Wenceslas Square is 600 meters away. You can also use the tram lines 11 and 13 in the direction of Muzeum, or I Pavlova or Flora, and also a handy bus No.135 /station: Na Smetance/ direction to Florenc or náměstí Míru /within 5 minutes.
Upon handing over the 2nd bundle of keys, a security deposit of € 200 / CZK 5,000 / is required against the document to cover any loss or destruction or exchange of keys. The deposit is then returned at the end of the rental period and the return of the same number of keys.

Very nice apartment. Exactly like on pictures. High ceilings, lots of space, good location, quiet street.
The only negative is internet quality -> it's spotty at times. Goes from normal good speed to very very very slow. This lasts from 5 mins to 30 mins. Probably not a big deal for tourists, but if you are a remote worker working from the apartment and need to rely on your internet (scheduled video calls or meetings for example) this will be an issue.

Super komunikacia s prenajimatelom, vo vsetkom na vysli v ustretu.
Pri stahovani do dalsieho bytu sme nakoniec potrebovali zostat o jeden den dlhsie, prenajimatel nam to bez problemov umoznil.
Byt bol krasny (ako na fotkach), vybaveny vsetkym co sme potrebovali.
Krasny vyhlad z obyvacky na skolu vo vedlajsej ulici.
Byt bol velmi tichy.

The flat is well designed and has all necessecities. The washing mashine and dryer combo is really good, as well as the the sleeping couch for guests and the 2 rooms are very spacious. Downsights are the very dry, hot air once the windows are closed and the bad smell coming from the shower drain due to he house's old pipes.
The host is pretty laissez-faire about everything and not involved -> on the upside you will be left alone, on the other side don't expect the company to be pro-active with any issues or repairs.

Options for Shopping and most services are in the immediate proximity and Riegrovy Sady, a nice public park, is also right there. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and beautiful.

Masito is imho Prague's best restaurant and Everst offers fantastic cuisine. Metro stations Mustek and Muzeum Albert shops are good grocery options as well as the Lidl at Churchill. Day Fergueson in Manesova is a good ENglish speaking hair saloon. All the beautiful spots of Vinohrady are fairly close e.g. haleckovy sady, riegrovy sady, namesti miru, i.p. pavlova's farmer market and vavclavske namesti.
