It appears to be an up end neighbourhood, very quiet and private. Personally i loved it.

Skvelé ubytovanie, úplne nad moje očakávania. Domáci boli milí, ústretoví a vždy ochotní pomôcť, keď sme niečo potrebovali.
Komunikácia bola rýchla a bez komplikácií. Apartmán bol čistý a vybavený všetkým potrebným na každodenné fungovanie. Lokalita je pokojná, len pár minút chôdze od zastávky metra, takže do centra Prahy sa dá dostať rýchlo a jednoducho.
Určite odporúčam každému, kto hľadá príjemné a spoľahlivé ubytovanie s výbornou dostupnosťou do mesta.

We had a wonderful time in Katerina & Vladimir's apartments. The unit is located on the base floor of their house, it has a separate entrance and a nice terrace. It does not feel underground and has enough light. As a huge bonus of such a location, the temperature inside is very comfortable even during very hot summer days, as well as during cold rainy days due to very modern and quality windows.

The apartment has everything you may need (literally) and if there's a need in something else, hosts are here to help. All kitchen supplies and electronics are of a high quality, in perfect working condition. The general feel of the apartment is like it's new, clean and tidy and was designed and equipped thoughtfully.

The area is quite and premium. I believe that's one the best districts in Prague. With easy access to the center, and lots of parks and sports grounds nearby.

This is one of the premium areas of Praha 6. Mostly private houses or small townhouses. Quite and safe. Easy access to the center.

I spent six months in Prague for a research and training period at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague 6. I chose this accommodation because it’s only a 20-minute walk from the university, and I couldn’t have made a better choice.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, making it very comfortable for a long stay. It's located just 10 minutes from the Borislavka metro station, which connects you to the city center in just three stops. The station also has a Lidl, several cafés, and other useful shops right inside.
The neighborhood around the accommodation is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of green areas and parks, perfect for relaxing or taking a walk.
Most importantly, the landlords are exceptionally kind and helpful. They were always available if I needed anything, and even lent me a bicycle for the entire six months.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, well-connected, and welcoming place to stay in Prague.

The flat is located on a quiet street in a safe and beautiful neighborhood conveniently located providing easy access to the centre and Vaclav Havel Airport via public transport.
The apartment itself is very clean and decently equipped although I would recommend an extra set of bed linens.
The owners are a wonderful family who were very attentive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend the apartment for longer term guests.

Quiet and safe neighborhood where several countries actually have there embassies located there.

The place is very complete comfortable, quiet , familiar. The neighborhood is safe near to the metro and tram stations ( 6 minutes walking ) . The landlord is respectful and attentive to any question.

This is a cool apartment, spacious and with gorgeous terrace.
Good location, in a 5 minutes Lidl and public transport, safe neighborhood. This place good for digital nomads, 1 dedicated workings space (table) and big dinning table. Cozy atmosphere, all devices are working. Great thanks to host, she is very welcoming and super fast when we needed help.
Downside was that its 2 beds , not 1 big. We didn't noticed it on photo. It's not bad, just our preference. It is a common thin in Europe to have beds like this.

Strávila jsem u Katky 9 měsíců. Jak na začátku, během i při odevzdávání velice spolupracující a vstřícné jednání. Každá malá oprava v průběhu pobytu byla hned opravena. Skvělé bydlení i přístup k zákazníkovi.

We were looking for somewhere to stay long-term (12months) in Czech so we wanted to make sure we found somewhere comfortable. I think it's safe to say that we couldn't of been luckier with this place.
The apartment was clean and fixtures and fittings were all good quality. There was a lot of kitchen equipment supplied when we arrived but as we had our own, the owner was happy to take it back and put it into storage.
The location of the apartment is great - in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood but with easy access to the center with Tram or Metro.
Both myself and my partner were working from home 5 days per week so it's safe to say the internet is good as well!
Our land-lady, Katerina was also very helpful and always friendly and respectful.
We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend for short or longer-term stays!
