Sunny & Comfortable Prague Apartment

I stayed six months in this flat.
It’s very well maintained with quality furnishings. It’s also quite well-equipped; I don't have much complaints about the quality of the apartment. It’s also in a great location, fairly close to both downtown and the business district, on a street with all the amenities and shops, and right next to the tram.
If I had to nitpick, the bar in the same street can be a bit noisy at time with windows opened, and also the blackout curtains don’t allow for a compromise between light and privacy from the street, so you’ll have to choose one or the other.
Finally, Matej is very friendly.
It was a pleasure to live here.

Apartment was perfect. We were there for 5 weeks. It was really great. The neighbourhood is great, so many nice restaurants and pubs. Lots of nice parks to walk around in. Tram stop just outside and the train station is a short walk away. Highly recommend this apartment. Matěj was a great host. He was there to greet us and was always available if needed, but also left us alone. Really a perfect stay. Thank you!

Krásny bytík v skvelej lokalite Prahy. Počas môjho pobytu som bola s bytom veľmi spokojná, je skvele vybavený a v blízkosti je všetko po ruke - zastávka električky, potraviny, lekáreň aj reštaurácie.
Výborná lokalita, čisté a udržiavané priestory
a bezproblémová komunikácia s majiteľom. Odporúčam každému, kto hľadá pohodlné a spoľahlivé bývanie.

I stayed in this apartment with my friend for two months. Even though it's quite expensive than the other places (in my opinion), I can say it was nothing but comfortable. It's really close to the tram, bus station, supermarket, restaurants, and everything you need. Literally, everything is within walking distance. The room came equipped with a vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies, which is a big plus. The space is very comfortable and soundproof, so there's no disturbance to or from the neighbors. However, in the summer, if you need to open the windows, it can get a bit noisy because of a nearby bar. There’s also an elevator in the building.

The landlord, Matěj, is a great landlord. He communicates well, is friendly, kind, and doesn't have too many requests. In my experience, landlords can often be very demanding and nosy. Oh, and did I mention he gives a lot of free complimentary items? I won't spoil what they are, but trust me, he provides plenty of essential condiments. So yea, overall I would recommend this apartment to my friends. The only issue I had was with the price, but it’s understandable since it’s in a residential area.

Bydlela jsem v bytě půl roku a nemám jedinou věc co vytknout. Byt je krásný, nový, nadstandartně vybavený, velice příjemný. Pan majitel je moc milý a ochotný! Určitě moc všem doporučuji!
