Enjoy the top floor penthouse apartment in a brand new building which boasts three terraces, custom designer built-in cabinetry and breathtaking views of Prague. This is a remote workers dream; gigabit internet with a mesh setup blankets the entire apartment, as well as the outdoor spaces. Sit outside next to the large rooftop garden to relax and enjoy the view and some greenery.
No details were spared with the construction of this apartment. The kitchen appliances are all Bosch (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), there is a brand new washing machine as well as a separate dryer, and there are two air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom has heated floors and a heated towel rack. This is not your typical short term rental apartment with crappy stuff - this is meant for people who want a home away from home, who will want to cook a meal with real pots and pans, and enjoy a (mostly) non-ikea experience. Even the bed is custom made!
50m2 interior, 60m2 exterior! This is a one bedroom apartment, with a separate living room with adjoining kitchen area. Parking can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. There are three terraces - one directly off of the living room with unbelievable views of Prague where you can have a coffee in the morning, there are two small chairs and a small table. One very large terrace off of the hallway which is completely private, and has a set of two chairs, a love seat and a table, and has a private rooftop garden view. The last terrace is connected to the bedroom.
This apartment has everything you need to get started; towels, linens and even the smaller stuff like salt, pepper and olive oil. It also comes equipped with a nespresso coffee pod machine, a tea kettle and a toaster. The building has an elevator, and there are actually no steps to get from the ground floor into the apartment.
The apartment also has a full sized desk in the living room, as well as a 43 inch smart monitor which actually is a computer monitor but doubles as a TV for casting from your devices. Just plug in via the USB-C cable, and you will be connected, charging and ready to work on a massive screen.
Situated just one block from the Kobilysy metro station (which oddly enough has a supermarket in it), you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes, or just 4 short stops away. There are also a range of trams also one block away which will bring you to most places in Prague. Escape the noise of the direct city center, but enjoy complete access to all of Prague.

I absolutely loved staying in this apartment. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The view was breathtaking, and at night it felt like living in a fairy tale as the city lights illuminated the skyline.
The host was wonderful—kind, professional, and always available if I needed anything. Communication was easy and pleasant from the beginning to the end of my stay.
I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ✨

Great flat in a perfect location. The views are beautiful, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need as kitchen utensils, cooking essentials, and even capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in Prague. The location was superb, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the underground station with great connections to the rest of the city, so getting around was effortless. The views from the flat were genuinely breathtaking, and the space itself was spotless and well maintained. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was completely quiet at night which was ideal for a good night’s sleep. Hot water was always available in the shower which was great after long days exploring. Overall, it is a high quality apartment with everything you need and a welcoming, attentive host, and I would happily stay here again.

Came back for a stay in winter. The place was warm, and had all amenities you would need. Did my laundry, had some coffee, slept in on the weekend. You'll enjoy it.
