Duplex room in a family house with garden (3B)

Všechno bylo naprosto v pořádku.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was also a wardrobe, which is not shown in the current photos (and this was the only thing I thought I would be missing before moving in).

The kitchen is spacious and modern. Some kitchenware was worn out and there were only a few spoons, but upon our request, the owner provided new items. So currently it is well equipped.

The owner is a nice person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. He helped resolve some issues that arose during my stay, although I have to say that it sometimes took a bit of time. However, there was nothing critical.

There is also a cleaning service for the shared spaces, but during my stay it took place every 3–4 weeks (although it was supposed to take place more often), so the cleanliness of the shared areas depends largely on the tenants, especially in the kitchen. During most of my stay, we managed to maintain a good level of cleanliness.

I would strongly recommend communicating with the other tenants (we created a group chat for this purpose), as it helps to resolve issues more easily (like e.g. removing expired nobody's food from the kitchen).

To summarize, I liked this place very much and felt at home during the five months of my stay. And the other tenants were really nice people. If I stay in Prague again in the future, I would choose this house again :)

The house is on the outskirts of Prague, so it takes around 20–30 minutes to get to the city centre by tram. However, it’s very close to a tram stop (3–4-minute walk), and the trams run very frequently. There are also night trams that run every 30 minutes. The closest supermarkets are Kaufland (2 tram stops away or a 15–20-minute walk) and Lidl (around a 15-minute walk).

The room was spacious and very nicely set up for move in. The landlord was extremely helpful and responsive.

It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. There are parks and lots of places to walk. There’s two stores near the house which is very convenient and the tram stop is just a few minutes walk.

The owner was very responsible, helpful and nice. He always communicated quickly and clearly and was willing to help whenever needed. The room is spacious, modern, cosy and the whole house is super clean and in a very calm and nice location. The public transport stop is only 3mins walk. I would truly recommend this place to others :) thank you!

Great place for short-medium-term stay (2-6 months)
A good room that satisfies most of your needs, furnished common areas.
Great public transportation point. Quiet and a bit on the outskirts of Prague.
Good price (at least at the time of this review)
The owner can help a bit and is overall a good man, with no problems or sudden inventions.
I couldn’t satisfy some part of the clean-freak for common areas inside me.
I was 11 months there, and a few acquaintances stayed for 2+ years.

I had a very pleasant stay, the house and the room were comfortable and fully equipped. Totally recommended.
