“

I would rate your services 10 out of 10! What pleased me the most was the breathtaking view from the apartment and how spotless and cozy everything was – it truly felt like a home away from home. Also, your warm hospitality and quick communication made everything so easy and stress-free. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Everything was perfect – thank you so much!

Escape the city bustle and retreat into your serene minimalist home in Berlin Mitte. Here's the entrance and living room.

Curated pieces of furniture that have a story to tell: upcycled old piano parts on the living room wall, mid-century wooden chandelier suspended from the ceiling, and an upcycled old rake used as hooks at the entrance

Interior walls and ceilings were finished with plaster (in beige tone). The concrete floor (also in beige) pairs beautifully with the plastered walls.

Our goal: create an uber-minimal monochromatic look, bring a sense of nostalgia, and set the tone for a warm and calming atmosphere.

My favorite furniture piece: Wilhelm Kienzle's leather "Safari Chair", an original piece from 1928

Another favorite piece: a Germane cast iron stove from the 60s (only decorative though, sorry!)

Open floor plan: the living room flows into the dining area

Open floor plan: the dining area flows into the kitchen

A rare extendable teak dining table from Sweden (can seat up to 8 when extended) and 6 freshly restored mid-century dining chairs from Denmark

Teak sideboard in the dining area (provides extra storage), freshened with indoor greenery

Sunlight streams through the window into the dining area

Another favorite piece: this atomic vintage industrial rolling bar cart, an original from the 60s

View of the open kitchen from the dining area

Oak kitchen cabinets and shelves (dishwasher and fridge hidden behind oak cabinet doors)

Bedroom #1: a large queen bed (160 x 200) and blackout curtains to ensure that you get a good night's sleep

Bedroom #1: wooden closet with lots of storage space

Bedroom #2: a large double bed (140 x 200) and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep

Bedroom #2: an indestructible industrial metal closet

View into bedroom #3 from the living room

Bedroom #3: teak and leather chair, black metal clothes rail and teak sideboard

Bedroom #3: a large double bed (140 x 200) and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep

Balcony overlooking a spacious courtyard: direct sun from mid-day in summer, afternoon in fall, morning in spring

View from the balcony: a large open courtyard with a playground

Open floor plan: living room, dining area and kitchen in one big undivided space. The goal: to let natural light spill from the kitchen and dining area into the living room and make the home feel bright and airy.
